Social Business Plan:
Social Business Plan for Biomass Gasifier Crematorium Project.
A social business plan is a very practical tool - it is both a proposal and an implementation plan. This business plan is our social enterprise's "users guide" or road map for the widespread use and dissemination of 'Biomass Gasifier Crematoriums'. It tells our staff and stakeholders, such as our trustees and Governing Council Members as well as donors, how we intend to implement and manage our project in order to accomplish its mission and objectives. For Social Investors, the business plan communicates how their money will be used and what social impacts will be achieved.
